Soul-Centered Professional Coaching for Executives, Entrepreneurs, and Professionals
My life purpose is to Inspire Transformation.
I help executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who feel like they work all the time redesign their lives from the inside out, so they can create a future for themselves filled with clarity, purpose, and joy. As a result of working with me, they learn to become human BEINGS rather than human doings.
If some of the following questions resonate with you, let’s talk. The first conversation is ALWAYS complimentary.
Do you feel deep down that you’re missing out on something important, but you don’t know what that something is?
When you think about what you want in your future are you unclear about what your goals “should” be?
Do you feel dissatisfied with your current level of success?
When you meet new people do you start off the conversation by talking about what you do for a living?
Do you feel like your life is consumed by your work?
Do you find yourself constantly justifying the hours you spend working to your family and friends?
Does it take you a week to let go of stress and feel like yourself when you finally do take a vacation?
If you work in a creative field do you feel like you have to work harder than everyone else to prove your creativity is valuable?
Do you wake up in the middle of the night worrying about work?
Is your health suffering because you are so devoted to your work?
Do you know what you would do (or who you would be) if you lost your job (or company)?
If any of this sounds like you- I hear you. I understand where you are.
I used to be like you.
In 2007 I had what I thought was my dream job. I was a fashion designer who traveled to Europe and Asia. I got to draw for a living. But I was working all the time. I wasn’t sleeping. I was worried about whether I was producing enough. My personal life was practically non-existent.
A breast cancer diagnosis forced me to stop and reevaluate my life. I knew for sure that I didn’t want the following etched into my tombstone- Here lies Laura Foster. She worked weekends.
I committed myself to find a way to make a change. For me, it started with learning who I am outside of the work that I do. Then I learned how to stop living as a victim and to embrace that I am the creator of my own life. I did the inner work necessary to drastically alter how I was showing up in the world. Everything shifted.
Even though the work I do today as a soul-centered professional coach is very much in alignment with my purpose, I know that it is just a part of who I am. I have more balance, more freedom, and more joy than I ever thought possible.
I work with clients all over the world by phone and by video conferencing.
