NOVEMBER 2026 – SEPTEMBER 2027

Soul School

Ten months. Up to ten women.

You won’t become someone new. We’ll find the version of you who wanted to light the world on fire. She’s there. She’s ready, and she has work to do.

Two weekends in LA · the rest on Zoom

Your life might look pretty good but…

A lot of people think that the reason they have underlying dissatisfaction or unhappiness with their life, even if life looks really good from the outside, is because they're in the wrong job, or the wrong relationship, or the wrong city.

Or that if they just work a little bit harder, or lose a little more weight, or have that facelift they've been thinking about, then everything will change.

They put things in front of them to accomplish, thinking that that's going to shift the way they feel inside, but that fleeting sense they get when they make something happen? That's just a cheap substitute for feeling on purpose.

In fact, I bet that if you’re on this page, you’ve already changed several of the things you thought were a problem and your life continued to look the same. This could look like keeping yourself so busy that you’ve forgotten how to just sit with a cup of coffee and look out the window.

If you’d rather clean out the jewelry drawer than be with yourself? If you reach for a glass of wine every single night at 6 pm? If you flick on the television and scroll Instagram every night? If you pack your work calendar so full that you’re regularly double-booked?

You are hiding from something. You are hiding from you.

I used to keep myself so busy that I didn’t have time to look at what I wanted or what was actually wrong. I realized one night when I got home early and opened that bottle of wine that I didn’t know how to be silent. I didn’t know how to be alone.

I was keeping busy to exhaust myself so I wouldn’t have to face the fact that I was desperately lonely.

No amount of hiding or numbing made that go away. That change you’re not-so-secretly looking for?

It isn’t about external factors. It’s about having the willingness to understand who you are and why you’re here.

AND- to have some fun along the way.

Do you understand how much energy it takes to be someone other than the real you?

The checking, the rechecking, the asking: Am I doing this right? Am I doing that wrong? What are those people thinking of me? Along with the constant pushing yourself forward and saying, “If I can just white-knuckle my way through this, maybe I can rest on the other side.”

It can look like second-guessing yourself and ruminating about something before you raise your hand in a meeting where you are actually the expert, rather than just speaking.

It costs you depth in your relationships and intimacy with people you really love. You think you’re trying to keep it all together for them. The truth? They aren’t getting the real you, so they’re always going to feel a disconnect, whether they are aware of it or not.

And this disconnect? It’s heartbreaking.

If you're tired all the time, it's not just about the fact that you're not exercising or that you're not getting enough sleep, although that may contribute to it. One of the major factors in you being tired all the time is that you are constantly pretending to be someone you're not.

If you were able to take that energy back and not have to think about how you're being in the world because you are just you, can you even imagine how everything might shift? How much capacity you could reclaim? How much joy?

The main thing that pretending is costing you? Trust in yourself.

“I came into this program laying things on the table with strangers that I had never shared with, or had conversations about, with my friends or family… I asked for a raise and got a 12% increase without any additional responsibilities. That conversation with my boss alone has already paid for much more than this program."

- Lauren Sciascia, Sr. Manager, The New York Times

01

What solves it is a willingness to understand who you are and why you’re here.

What is soul work?

Here’s what I’ve seen in myself and in the hundreds of clients I’ve worked with. No amount of external fixing will solve the exhaustion and the busyness and the separation from intimacy with those you love, and your own self-trust.

Because what’s really going on is that you’re separated from the spark inside you that brought you here to play, to love, to enjoy.

02

What solves it is brutal honesty.

03

What solves it is soul work.

By soul work, I don’t mean you need to sit on a sheepskin meditation cushion with your crystals strewn around you and a lit Diptyque Baies candle on your altar, chanting mantras while focusing on your third eye. I also don’t mean work in the traditional sense of physical and mental exertion.

I mean devotion.

Devotion to connecting with yourself on the soul level to listen to what it has to share with you, to discover why you're here, on this earth, in this body, at this time. Devotion to building the muscle to hear your own inner wisdom and to being bold enough to take action on what you hear.

It can show up
when you look at somebody with compassion while everybody else in the room sees that person with judgment.
It can look like
extending your hand for someone who needs a little help up the stairs.
It can look like
telling a stranger her dress looks great if you see the beauty in her instead of keeping your mouth shut so you don't offend somebody.
It can look like
all the best parts of being human.

And in the end? It looks like being on your deathbed knowing that you did what you came here to do. This is the path this program is designed to help you walk. We’ll all walk it together.

There's a common misconception that doing our soul work needs to be tied to a grand vision or two hours of spiritual practice every morning. It can be. But it doesn't have to be.

It can also live in the humblest of moments.

“I am actually earning the most money I've ever earned in my life. That was never my goal, but showing up as ME has had such a great impact, and I can do that because of my work with Laura and all the amazing women I’ve met in these groups.”

What this is and what it isn’t

What it isn’t

Soul School isn’t school in the traditional sense. You won’t need graph paper and a Texas Instruments calculator. There won’t be pop quizzes and graded essays. Your brain will not be in charge here.

I am not a guru. We don't look to gurus. We don't work with a 100-step process toward becoming enlightened.

It’s not about religion or standardized views on concepts that are deeply personal to each of us.

It’s not a place of hierarchy. We are all walking this path together. Nobody is above or below anyone else.

And, more than anything, it’s not the place where you’ll hang out in acting or performance mode. We will see right through you.

What it is

This is an intimate ten-month program for women who are committed to themselves and their growth, who want to both support and be supported by other women doing the same.

It is a coaching container. I'm not here to tell you what to do or what to think. I'm here to hold you while you find out what you already know. Does it still take time? Yes. But alone, it takes a lifetime.

It is a safe space for you to share everything going on in your life, your wins, your challenges, and all the things that impact your work, your life, and your relationships with people who will hold it as sacred.

This is the place to share the parts of you you haven’t wanted anyone else to see. The messy, unsanitized you. Because doing this is the only way to create the intimacy and fulfillment you’ve been yearning for your entire life.

It’s where magic isn’t something that happens on a stage with a man in a cape and a dove in a cage. It’s where magic happens every single day when you learn how to slow down and witness it.

It’s where you will remember who you are and why you’re here. It’s the program where you learn to show up in every circumstance in your life as… you.

And I want you to know that I’m on my own path. I am not an enlightened being who has reached the end of my spiritual journey. I am right along with you. I have dedicated the last fifteen years of my life to this, and I’m not stopping anytime soon.

It’s about remembering.

It’s about discovery.

It’s about the radical act of being you.

I am not a guru.

I’m not here to tell you what to do or what to think. I am someone who has been on the path of understanding and trying to find devotion and loyalty to my own soul my entire life, especially in the last fifteen years.

I have a long history with the heartbreak of Catholicism and judgment around new age practices. I swore off religion as a teenager when I switched the wording around in the Lord’s Prayer from “Lead me not into temptation” to “Please, lead me into temptation.” I desperately wanted to know what a fully alive life might look like.

I had the idea for Soul School at least two years ago. It’s not religion, and it’s not really a school. I tried to ignore it. I ran adjacent programs that had aspects of this course but seemed more palatable to me at the time.

At a business retreat six months ago, I mapped out my vision for this program. My mother had Alzheimer's, and as each birthday comes and goes, the question of how much time I have left becomes more and more urgent. My coaches looked at me and said, “If you only have 5 years left, I really hope you do this.”

I’d been coasting in my business for years, and I wasn’t happy with it. I knew in that moment that I couldn’t wait any longer. The time is now.

I do have a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology along with a bunch of other trainings, but more than anything, I’ve been willing to look at what it actually means to align with my soul and why I’m here. There isn’t a doubt in my mind that running Soul School is part of my Soul’s path.

Again, I am not a guru. I’m a guide. I’m a witness. I’m someone who is willing to get down in the trenches with those who are willing to grow. Ultimately? I’m a human just like you, doing the best I can to find and fulfill my divine purpose.

Want more? There’s more about me and my journey to coaching here.

And here’s the secret
I didn’t do it alone.

I had the support of coaches and community. Not just any community, but a space where I could be honest about the messy middle of transformation. Where I didn't have to pretend I had it all figured out.

That community changed everything for me. Here’s why community is at the heart of this program.

Why do this work in community?

I firmly maintain that 1:1 coaching is the gold standard when it comes to tangible change over time. That being said, many of my clients have done both 1:1 and groups with me, often at the same time. What I find with clients who do both is that it’s like rocket fuel for transformation.

The group coaching format works because people see themselves in other people’s shares. When one person takes a risk and gets more vulnerable, the entire group gets permission to be more vulnerable. The depth of sharing compounds over time, and women can’t help falling in love with each other (and with themselves!)

Most people in your life see the bright, shiny highlight reel of your life. What they don't see is the restlessness or the lingering dissatisfaction underneath. And when you try to talk about it, they are biased. They have a vested interest in what you decide to do, so they try to fix it or correct it or give you their opinion. Having people outside your inner circle to talk to? It’s a game changer.

Women in my groups have said things in the room that they weren’t telling their husbands, or their friends, or their family. That level of safety is rare.

We all get to show up as the full versions of ourselves, even on our worst days, and still be accepted and seen. You are not expected to come on camera with a full face of makeup and a tasteful floral print blouse. Come as you are. Literally. Messy hair, sweats you slept in last night, frazzled from a Costco run. It’s all welcome.

And this? This is how relationships get more intimate, when we’re witnessed in the messy parts and realize that we won’t get kicked out of the group or out of the relationships that we’ve grown to cherish.

Here are direct quotes from participants about the power of being in a room, virtual or in person, together.

IN THIER OWN WORDS

“I've done a bunch of self-development work, but the difference with this program is that you are being witnessed by some of the most amazing, beautiful friends that you could hope to meet. Every single one of them is so special. You feel like you're not alone.”
Jennifer Jordan
“We reflect back to one another. Not idealized versions, but these people that we already are, and that we're just becoming more of.”
Chimene Macnaughton
“My biggest takeaway is that there is so much opportunity to create the life I want to live. I never realized I had that much power. Going through this journey with the other women and the support and love we give each other is truly a gift.”
Emma Dykerhouse
“It's a group of dynamic women who are smart and beautiful and talented and deep, and they become some of the most important people in your life. You fall in love with these beautiful women, and then you get to meet them in real life. And there's nothing like being in person with this incredible group of people.”

The Arrival

02

What’s possible with this work?

Picture this:
It’s September of 2027.

You enter Manuela restaurant in the Arts District of LA to meet the women you’ve spent the last ten months with in Soul School for brunch at the final retreat. As you’re walking to the table, you do a little twirl in the middle of the restaurant just because you think it might feel good. It does feel good.

The Order

You sit down, order a mocktail and coffee and orange juice and mull over the menu. You don’t ask anyone else what they’re ordering, you order exactly what you want, and you tack on the peach cobbler brioche French Toast because you want a taste.

03

“Who Are You?”

When you’re asked the question, “Who are you?” you answer without your job title or your relationship status. You say, “I am someone who…” The rest of that sentence would never have occurred to you a year ago, but now? It’s a grounded part of who you know yourself to be.

04

The Weekend Before

You spent the weekend before you flew to LA journaling and preparing yourself to close out this important chapter in your life. When you finished, you made yourself another cup of coffee and looked out the window in silence even though there were dirty dishes in the sink. You know how to just be with yourself.

05

At Work

You’ve made some big changes in the way you work. You no longer wait for permission; you use your voice and your position to advocate for what matters to you. Even if the work you do for money isn’t your soul work (and it’s often not), you’ve found the way to show up as your best self while keeping the boundaries required for you to have a life outside of work.

06

At Home

You know the difference between listening to understand and listening to fix or give advice. You were brave enough to show all the parts of yourself to the people closest to you in your life. Your relationships are richer and fuller than you ever imagined because you’re finally honest about who you are. You’ve had some hard conversations in the last year, both at work and in your personal life, but you now know you have your people.

07

Your Mission

And, more than anything, that secret project you’ve been dancing around all your life, whether you were aware of it or not? You remembered what it was. You spoke it out loud to women who earned the right to hear the whisperings of your soul and know how important it is. You’re no longer waiting. You no longer say, “If only…” or “I wish…”

08

Your Champions

As the brunch closes out, you look at the women around the table. They have become some of the most important people in your life. You know that they have your back, that they will champion you no matter what, and they will help you remember who you are and why the work of your soul matters in the world.

Several of my coaches have told me this may seem too aspirational for some people, but I’m here to tell you everything in this vision is entirely possible.

Is there someone in your life you know who is so magnetic and so on purpose that people drop their forks in restaurants to watch them walk across the room? I have some.

And here's what I know about these people. They are not pretending to be someone else. They are them.

Nobody needs another Stepford wife.

The people in your life, they are yearning for you. The real you, the you with the magic.

I’ve witnessed every single thing I reference above in either my clients or in myself. I don’t know what parts will be true for you, but what if they aren’t only possible, but inevitable?

This is proven work. I’ve run sold-out versions of similar programs a dozen times.

The women in my programs keep coming back to work with me. Because they get results. And because they start to understand that anything is possible with the right support.

Laura has created a safe, structured environment where women can be their most authentic selves. Even though it’s on Zoom, this group was able to connect and share our challenges and progress in a very authentic way.
Witnessing someone else grow and evolve can speed up one’s own evolution and inspire you to WANT more for yourself, which can be difficult to do in individual work.
I did 1:1 coaching as well, and the two truly complemented each other. Exercises we were doing in the group fed my individual evolution in a way that sped up my progress 10x, simply because I had a weekly form of accountability.
I truly recommend integrating Laura’s two programs, or at the very least, starting with the group. You’ll find a whole new level of friendship, support, and connection, no matter where you are in your life and development.

What helped me shift was the other women. We witnessed each other’s ahas. We reflected back to each other and became more together. My creativity came off the meter. I felt like a painter with a burst of genius.

Here’s what I was told for much of my life: Be quieter. Be less. Tone it down. In New York, I heard, can you be a little less Californian?
In one exercise in the group, we were asked to write what was happening in the moments when we didn’t feel most alive. I wrote: marginalized, small, silenced, ignored, doubted, less than, filling someone else’s shoes. I realized so much about myself through this work, mainly that I have spent my career giving away my best IP for free.
What helped me shift was the other women. We witnessed each other’s ahas. We reflected back to each other and became more together. My creativity came off the meter. It unlocked. The amount of work I did on my business during this time is unsurpassed in any other part of my life. I felt like a painter with a burst of genius.
I’m letting much more of me show now and I’m following my favorite quote, “Make sure you’re not afraid to be legendary.”

I don’t have every answer yet… But I know I no longer want to build a life around merely surviving. I want to build one around being fully alive.

I joined Laura’s group when I was at a breaking point from surviving and not truly living. There was a soft echo inside that reminded me every day that I should be feeling more joy and more purpose.
Six months ago, I reeled from constant thoughts of being less than. I was lost because I balanced my self-worth on the opinions of others. Laura’s container provided a safe space to meet the parts of me I’d lost touch with in the presence of others. I journaled. I wept. I allowed myself enough grace to connect the pieces I’d been carrying alone.
As I listened to the women around me, one thing revealed itself to be true: They were trusting their own voices. I began to trust again that the same woman who had survived her worst days was still inside me.
I thought I came looking for clarity about my career. Instead, I found something much harder to admit I needed—permission to stop measuring my worth by what I produce. Laura never told me who I should become. She simply created the space where I could hear myself again.
I don’t have every answer yet. I still don’t know exactly where my career will lead me. But I know I no longer want to build a life around merely surviving. I want to build one around being fully alive.

— You're willing to do the work. This isn't passive consumption; it's active transformation.

This program is NOT a fit if:

× You're in crisis mode and need immediate intervention.

× You're looking for a quick fix.

× You want someone to tell you exactly what to do, or a guru to hand you a roadmap.

× You're not ready to look honestly at what's been holding you back.

× You’re not willing to forge the type of deep relationships required for sustained, lasting change.
