I'm In!!

What Do You Want?

I ask my clients this all the time.

Many of them look at me as if I’d just asked them to name the exact circumference of the earth.

After a pause and some nervous laughter, maybe there’s an “I don’t know, I haven’t thought about it.”

But here’s the thing- they likely HAVE thought about it, at 2 am when they can’t sleep, or on the drive home from yet another meeting that could have been an email.

I get it, knowing and speaking what you want out loud can feel dangerous. Ungrateful. Like admitting what you’ve built isn’t enough.

And, getting clear about your desires is the only way to create the life you actually want, not the default one you thought you were supposed to build.

80% of women recognize that self-care is important. Yet one-third spend only 30 minutes or less per day on themselves, while spending up to 10 hours caring for others.

One in five women feel selfish or guilty taking even one hour for themselves.

Here's What I Know:

There will never be a "right time" to pause and focus on yourself.

Here’s What We’ll Do Together in This Workshop:

Spend two hours exploring what you actually want to create.

Not what you should want. Not what would be strategic, but what YOU really want.

We'll use Post-it notes. Because, even though the subject matter may be serious, we can have fun. This process can be joyful. Messiness can happen.

We'll have real conversations in breakout rooms with other women who are tired of pretending they have it all figured out.

We'll ask questions you likely haven't asked yourself in years. (if ever!)

What if taking this delicious time for yourself could make 2026 the most mind-blowing, juicy year you’ve ever had?

Would that interest you?

You can keep waiting for things to calm down, for everyone else to be settled, or for your astrologist or Oprah to tell you that the stars have finally aligned.

Or you can decide that NOW is the time to dedicate an evening to yourself - to your learning, your growth, and your transformation.

This Isn't a Lecture. It's an Experience.

This workshop is experiential. It's designed to support you in actually experiencing transformation, not just collecting more information you'll never use.

We're going to slow down together. Get honest. Explore what you - your authentic self - really want beyond the next achievement, beyond the next milestone.

Not what you think you should want.

Not what would look good on your resume or impress your peers.

Not what would make everyone else happy.

What YOU actually want.

And you won't do it alone. You'll do it with other extraordinary women who are asking the same scary, beautiful questions.

Come with a journal. Be prepared to be on camera. There will be breakout rooms where genuine connections will happen.

If you can’t attend live- you will have access to a recording for 72 hours following the event.
HOWEVER: ATTENDING LIVE WILL ALLOW YOU TO INTERACT WITH OTHER WOMEN AND SOLIDIFY WHAT YOU LEARN.

Only 32% of women consistently take "me time," compared to 49% of men.

By the end of this Workshop you will-

Clarify what you'd like to create more of in your life
Not what you think you should want. Not what looks good on paper. What you actually want. The stuff that makes your soul light up.

Craft an ideal vision for your future
A vision that's yours, not one borrowed from Instagram or designed to impress anyone else.

Identify one to three action steps you can take right now
Practical, doable steps to start creating more of what you want. Because vision without action is just daydreaming.

Connect deeply with other extraordinary women
You'll meet women who are also done playing small. Women who get it. The kind of connection where you don't have to have it all figured out.

Why Now?

Because every day you spend disconnected from what you actually want is a day you're not fully living.

Because you deserve to want more. You deserve to prioritize yourself. You deserve to know what lights you up and go after it.

And because - this is important - you can't pour from an empty cup.

The people you love, the work you do, the impact you want to make in the world? All of it requires you to be resourced. Fulfilled. Connected to yourself.

You're not being selfish by prioritizing yourself. You're being smart.

The numbers tell the story: 42% of women report being burned out - and that gap between women and men has almost doubled in recent years. One in three women has considered downshifting or leaving the workforce because of it.

Praise for Laura’s Workshops

“Laura’s workshop on How to Fall {Back} in Love with your Work was fantastic! It was very timely and helped me reframe my mindset in a really valuable way going into conversation with my leadership just a few days later. It helped me ask for what I really wanted in my call and it opened the door for further conversation with my leaders.”

— Lauren Hebbel, Assistant Director, EY America

“I just wanted to recognize your coaching in the leadership in the workshops you offer. They have helped me immensely, and I have put several of the tips, insights, and discoveries I learned and uncovered in your workshops into practice, and they have been life-changing. I have grown professionally, personally and even resolved what previously seemed intractable problems. I am thankful for the quality of your work and for your generosity.”

— Deika Elmi, Security and Risk Manager

“I attended Laura’s workshop entitled ‘How to Become a Human Being rather than a Human Doing.’ I honestly felt it was life-changing. Laura expertly guided our group through a process and discussion that left us feeling more connected, brave, and resilient. Since then, I have given myself permission to live more fully. Thank you, Laura.”

— Kelly Duggan, Professor, Georgian College
